Training, Learning and Development

Organization Development Interventions
Development is a joint, on-going effort on the part of an employee and the organization. Various interventions are held to help individuals to succeed Development Centers : Development Centers are conducted for all managers, to assess the potential on various competencies through a basket of tools. This is primarily used for the purpose of individual's own development and grooming for bigger roles.

Executive Coaching- In Canon, we invest heavily into top performers and high potentials by giving them an opportunity to get coached which helps them while they are being groomed for bigger roles in the organization.
One to One Sessions: 1-2-1 sessions are conducted to identify the strengths and improvement areas of teams and assist them develop at individual level or as a team.
New Manager's Orientation and Training: All new managers are taken through a program which orients them with HR processes and essentials of man management in Canon.
