Security and Cost Control Management

The Department and User ID management function caters up to 1000 IDs which restricts machine access to authorised individuals only

Usage control management by ID can also be set to keep track of Print/Scan/Copy totals of each department, set page limits for scans, prints and copies by ID per usage, accept or reject print jobs from computers with unknown IDs, restrict new address entries, restrict PC-Fax sending and restrict Remote-UI.

Optional Canon Card Reader-E1 can be added for higher level of device security

The iR1024iF is also compatible with Canon imageWARE (iW) software solution to better manage print output & print utilization for higher level of usage/cost management
